One reason many of our prayers are not working is found in 1 Timothy 2:8 – I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
This verse follows Paul’s thoughts on praying for those in positions of authority. Two words in this verse are the key to effective prayer, especially the prayers of intercession and supplication. When we fully understand these two words, our prayer life will change.
It is also essential to understand that before we can experience a spiritual harvest, three elements are necessary – seed, water, and harvesters. The Bible instructs us to pray specifically for all three of these elements. In this second part of The Scriptural Way to Impact Cities and Nations, Rev.
