We have returned to the States and are getting reacclimated to to the time and temperature differences from India to here, but we wanted to give you and update on our latest journey.
When first arriving in India, Connie and I had the privilege of visiting with Kevin and Areni Castor, Pastors of Living Word International Church and the directors of RBTC Mumbai. We had a ministry-packed week beginning with a Leadership Conference, which was a first for the ministry in Mumbai. Another first was an RBTC Alumni meeting which brought together alumni from RBTC Mumbai and other campus locations. We had a great turn out for the first Alumni meeting in Mumbai. Connie encouraged the alumni to stay connected, stay faithful and stay open to what God has for their lives.
While in Mumbai, Gary also had the privilege of teaching the students at both RBTC Mumbai campus locations. We greatly appreciate Kevin and Areni’s hospitality and passion to see God’s Word impact this great nation.
Our second stop in India was in the Northern State of Punjab. There we were blessed to be a part of a week-long conference for pastors and RBTC alumni. Over 150 individuals attended a power-packed week of services. One of the highlights of the week was an alumni luncheon filled with wonderful testimonies of how God has changed the lives of RBTC graduates. We also enjoyed ministering along side another minister from the States who greatly blessed the attendees. We want to thank our hosts, Sushil and Monica Kumar for treating us with such kindness. They have done a remarkable work in North India.
I will be returning to India, again, this fall to share at a Pastor’s Conference that GCIM is helping to finance. If you are interested in sponsoring one of the pastors attending the conference, we invite you to visit our Projects Page for more information.
This weekend, Connie and I will be traveling to New Hampshire to share the message on Resurrection Sunday at Word of Life Christian Fellowship. We trust that it will be a special weekend for you wherever you are as well. He is risen!
