Nearly every year, Connie and I have the great privilege of sharing with the students at the RHEMA School of World Missions (RSWM) on the RHEMA USA Campus, and we had that opportunity once again this week. Led by Rev. Joe Duninck who ensures the students are equipped with both the practical and spiritual tools necessary to succeed when serving cross-culturally, we take great joy in playing a small part in training these students to walk effectively into what God is calling them to.
Just like going somewhere to serve where you often receive as much or more than what you give, however, we had a very special time with the students this year. On the second day, Connie began to pray for the students, but soon the students began to join in and a spirit of prayer came upon us all. It was a significant time for everyone, and some of the students even had timely Words to speak out for us, as well. It’s wonderful to see the Body of Christ flowing with Him.
As you see the faces of the students in the picture above, pray for them as they complete their training and prepare to leave for their internships in various countries around the world this spring. We know their lives and the lives they touch will never be the same.
