This is the first time GCIM has visited this particular country in SE Asia. Connie was not able to join me for this trip, but I had my friend Denis Goulet from the States travel with me instead. Denis is a 2004 RBTC graduate and this was his first trip to Asia. Over the course of a week, Denis and I had the opportunity to share with local expats, alumni and with current students who are enrolled in a biblical education program.
We were extremely blessed to have some wonderful times fellowship with friends and expats John and Cindy, too. They have been living in this country since 2016 and introduced us not only to the culture here but to a number of their friends as well. We were grateful to experience things with them. Cindy has had some wonderful opportunities to share at the local Embassy and both she and John are touching lives here in special ways.
Tomorrow, I reconnect with Connie in Hong Kong and we will be traveling on to our next destination in Asia. You go with us through your prayers!
