Prayers Answered–Connections Made

Connie and I traveled to Singapore and Vietnam October 24^th-31st. During our visit to Singapore, we were honored to officiate the wedding of the daughter of our long-time friends, Amos and Doris Wong. While in Singapore, we also spoke at a prayer meeting and a Sunday morning service for New Rise Church, pastored by Amos and Doris.

Next, Amos, Doris, Connie and I journeyed from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City for a three-day meeting with a Spirit-filled Presbyterian church. It was our first time visiting this city and sharing with this lovely congregation. There were other church leaders from the area who attended the conference as well. Our theme for this meeting was centered on the person and power of the Holy Spirit. There was great receptivity to all of our teaching sessions and to the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Our aim for this trip was to establish new contacts and seek divine guidance on expanding God’s Kingdom in this part of Vietnam. We count the connections made on this trip as answered prayer.
